Computer Repair Technician Shift Hours: 6:45a-3:15pm Pay: $16/Hr Experience required: 1-year experience in Repair Depot/worked in a low production PC type environment. Experience of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD for multiple commodities. Should have working knowledge of different models such as ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Acer etc. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Tech- L1 LCD Repair Shift Hours: 6:45a-3:15p Pay: $15/Hr Experience required: Experience of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD for multiple commodities. Should have working knowledge of different models such as ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Acer etc. Basic computer skills. Prefer to have 1-year experience in Repair Depot/low production PC type environment. Must be comfortable with working with alcohol and acetone for removing excess glue from the device. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be OK with putting on PPE outfit for the cleaning room. Tech L2 LCD Repair Shift Hours: 6:45a-3:15p Pay: $16/Hr Experience required: Experience of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD for multiple commodities. Prefer to have 1-year experience in Repair Depot/low production PC type environment. Tech L1 BGA Shift Hours: 6:45a-3:15p Pay: $16/Hr Experience required: Component Repair Division. Prefer a college degree in related electronics field. Prefer over 6 Months experience in computer repair or related field. Must have Excel knowledge and experience to read instructions and track data. Must be able to read schematic, multi-meter and oscilloscope. Tech L2 MB Repair Shift Hours: 6:45a-3:15p Pay: +$20/Hr – Depending on experience Experience required: Candidates must have experience on diagnostics down to a component level. Must have experience/knowledge on reading and understanding schematics. Soldering experience. Please submit MB Repair Assessment. Must be able to read schematic, multi-meter, and oscilloscope. Tech 1 MB Repair Shift Hours: 6:45a-3:15p Pay: $17/Hr Experience required: Candidates must have experience on diagnostics down to a component level. Experience of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD for multiple commodities. Should have working knowledge of different models such as ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Acer etc. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.   Soldering Tech Shift Hours: 6:45a- 3:15p Pay: $17/Hr+ depending on experiance Experience required: Perform solder work based on rework/repair requirement. Check for CID and make sure the MB is good before solder work is performed. Check for excessive flux residue and solder and clean using alcohol and cloth.Check and fix for cold and short solder pads. Check and fix for Solder Bridge. Check and fix for shifted pads and pins.Check for correct polarity. Brush properly to remove the solder splash and balls. Make sure the MB is clean before moving to the next station. Organize good parts and separate with non-conforming parts. Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement. Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day. Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily. Follow 5S standard. Utilize the companys time to be efficient and productive. This is including the punctuality from break and personal matter. When required, work assignment can change based on project needs like inspection, testing, data input. Meet KPI levels for Tech L1 - Solder: solder 40 components/day.
